Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 2 weeks of receipt of goods only for unused goods.

To return or exchange an item:

  1. Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
  2. We will contact you for confirmation.
  3. Return the item within 1 week after we contact you.

We will accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

  • The item does not fit.
  • You accidentally ordered a different ring size.
  • The product is different from the one you ordered.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • The product has been used.
  • The product is a full-order or semi-order.
  • The product has been engraved.
  • The product has been in your possession for more than 2 weeks.
  • The product has not been shipped for more than 1 week after we receive your return/exchange request.
  • The product is damaged or stained.
  • The jewelry case is soiled, damaged, lost, or destroyed.
  • The product has been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered for your use.
  • You are requesting a price revision.
  • The request is from a person other than the customer who purchased the jewelry.

Shipping and Transfer Charges

You are responsible for all shipping and transfer charges for returns and exchanges for your convenience.

We will bear the shipping costs for returns for our reason, such as if the product is different from the one you ordered.
